By accessing Freebiesland.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in Freebiesland.com protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Site Terms of Use Modifications
Freebiesland.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its users. Users will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their contact email address provided upon signing up with Freebiesland.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal.
Governing Law

User responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Any of the following responsibilities that are broken will/may lead to your account being terminated with Freebies Land. We reserve the right to take legal action when and if necessary.

--Users must be 18+ years of age or 13+ years of age with parent or guardian permission.
--Spamming your referral link or posting in unwanted places such as on forums, chats or any other mass communication.
--You must agree and abide by the rules!
--Users are fully responsible for any State Taxes from cash (Prizes Ordered/Redeemed) earned from Freebiesland.com!
Information Sharing
We will not sell, disclose or lease our member's personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's. However, we do have the right to share your information such as IP, Address, Phone Number etc with our Affiliate networks at their request.
Registration
By registering with Freebiesland.com you are agreeing that your 18+ years old or 13+ with parental consent. You are agreeing that you will not duplicate offers, and do not have any other accounts what so ever. Your agreeing that we have the right to ask for a Photo ID at anytime to verify account information.
Account Deletion
If you wish to have your account deleted and your account completely removed from our system permanently, please send admin a PM here. Once you PM an admin, you will then be given instructions to follow in order to complete your request. For security measures, you must email us using the email you registered with. Please note, we keep all accounts inactive in a locked position up to 30 days after your request for our security.
Locking an account
Freebiesland.com reserves the right to lock an account for any reason what so ever, without notice or an explanation. All Locked users forfeit funds. Funds earned before being locked may or may not be forfeited if you are unlocked. This is at the staff member's discretion. Please also keep in mind that Freebies Land locks any other site owner due to security. All similar site admins will be banned from accessing Freebiesland.com!
Store and Prize Redemption
Orders from the Store are sent within 7 business days. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, product issues such as broken, missing parts etc. We do not cover any items ordered through the Store. If something is wrong with your order, please create a support ticket and we'll try to get the item replaced. But will not be held responsible for any issues with your prize.

Once a order has been processed, we will not be held responsible for it in any way. This includes but is not limited too: typos in your information, postal errors, and other various reasons. We also have the right to request photo ID before we process your request for any rewards to prevent fraudulent activity.

Item prices may vary depending the items. Most items are shipped and added directly from Amazon.com! Our staff is constantly checking prizes for price changes but however if a item is not updated before you request it, your request will be denied and you may Re-Request it when you have enough points for the new change.

All items are shipped AS-IS! No items can be returned, or exchanged. Once your points are spent on an item and it is sent, you will never be refunded for the points spent. We will not be responsible for any shipping carrier damage or any damages your item may have.

Freebiesland.com will not be forced to pay until we're paid by advertisers. Freebiesland.com is paid NET 30, and we may at any time decide to request users wait this time and or until we're paid.
Games
All games played are at your own risk! We do not force users to play the games, and or risk their points. Any accidental plays will not be our responsibility. No refunds will be made for any game transactions.

  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time at our discretion. All changes will be documented and we will send a mass message or email about the change. If you do not agree with the changes made, the only recourse is to terminate your account or file an appeal.
